Returns

  • Return Period:

    • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt (according to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

  • Condition of the Product:

    • The returned product must be undamaged, unused, retain its value, be in the original packaging, and include all accessories (if such were included) in order to be accepted for return.

    • If the product has been used, the buyer is responsible for the decrease in its value.

  • Return Procedure:

    • Before returning a product, please contact our customer service department to obtain return instructions.

    • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is faulty or differs from the order (Article 6.228^10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

    • Once the product is returned in accordance with the return policy, a refund will be issued to the buyer's account within 14 business days.

  • Non-returnable Products:

    • Products that have been used or altered are not eligible for return.

    • Specially ordered or customized products, as well as items where the seal or packaging has been damaged, are not eligible for return.

    • Hygiene products (e.g., personal hygiene items, cosmetics) cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

  • Legal Acts and Regulations:

    • We comply with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable laws that regulate product returns and refunds.

    • If a dispute arises regarding a product return, please contact our customer service team. If the issue is not resolved, you have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service or a court based on your place of residence.

  • Return Handling:

    • The product must be properly packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.

    • If the product is damaged due to improper packaging, the return process may be rejected.
